Terms of Service

By downloading or using VividSea, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because legalese helps no one.

1. The license you get

VividSea grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on iPhones tied to your Apple ID. You may not redistribute, decompile, or repackage the app or its built-in LUT files.

2. Your photos are yours

You retain full ownership of every photo you process. We claim no rights to your output. Use them commercially, sell prints, post them anywhere. None of our business.

3. In-app purchases

VividSea Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. Future LUT releases included at the time of these terms remain free for Pro users on the same Apple ID. We reserve the right to release new, separate "studio" LUT packs in the future as additional purchases. Pro is never converted into a subscription.

All payments are handled by Apple under their App Store terms. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use VividSea to process material that is illegal where you live. Don't try to extract or republish the bundled LUT files. Don't use the app on hardware you don't own.

5. No warranty

VividSea is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will fit every workflow or never have a bug. Always keep originals.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of VividSea is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update VividSea or these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email if you've contacted us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VividSea is published, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
