Refunds

Apple processes all refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase. If Apple declines and you have a real issue, write us anyway. We'll see what we can do.

Restoring Pro

Open VividSea, go to Settings, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought Pro. If it still doesn't restore, send us your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out manually.

Feature requests

We read every one. If you have a LUT you wish existed, a workflow we're missing, or a freediving spot whose color science you want us to nail, tell us.
